I had the opportunity this past weekend to attend the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development's Leader 2 Leader conference. It was a fabulous experience where I learned much about my leadership style, strengths, and weaknesses. It also gave me the chance to set "100 day goals" which I blogged about on the ASCD Edge site.
